地方高校图书馆在转型发展中,不仅要服务于高校的教学与科研,而且还要服务好地方的经济建设。这就要求地方高校图书馆摆脱过去传统的服务理念和模式,在提高馆员队伍自身素质的同时,对图书馆的馆藏资源进行深层次开发,构建和打造多渠道的馆藏资源的合作、交流和共享空间,在为高校转型发展提供教学和科研服务的同时,加强与地方的广泛合作,更好地服务于地方的经济和文化建设。

In the social transformation and development,local university libraries should not only serve the teaching and scientific research of colleges and universities,but also serve the local economy well.This requires the local college libraries to abandon traditional service concepts and mode while improving the quality of the librarians,to develop in-depth the library collection resources,construct and enlarge the space of multi-channel cooperation in exchanging and sharing the library’s collection resources,and strengthen extensive cooperation with local authorities while providing teaching and scientific research services for the transformation and development of the colleges and universities,and better serve the local economy and cultural construction.
