摘要
为探讨耐盐碱燕麦品种,满足种植户和农场的选择需要,采用培养皿纸上发芽试验研究了不同浓度梯度NaCl(0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%)胁迫对8个燕麦种子(白燕7号、陇燕1号、陇燕2号、陇燕3号、甜燕麦、青引1号、青引2号、丹麦444)萌发的影响。结果表明:8个燕麦的发芽势、发芽率、根长、芽长随盐分浓度的升高而下降。采用五级评分法综合评价表明,陇燕3号萌发期耐盐性最强,陇燕1号和丹麦444萌发期耐盐性较好,甜燕麦萌发期耐盐性最差。
In order to explore the salt tolerance of different oat varieties and meet the selection needs of growers and farms,germination experiment on Petri dish paper were used to 8 different oats varieties which were pretreated with 0%, 0.3%, 0.6%,0.9% and 1.2% Na Cl solutions. The results showed that the germination trend, germination rate, root length and bud growth were decrease with increasing salt concentration. The comprehensive evaluation of the five-level scoring method showed that Longyan No. 3 had the strongest salt tolerance, Longyan No. 1 and Denmark 444 had better salt tolerance, and sweet oats had the worst salt tolerance during their germination.
