高望界国家级自然保护区野生食用植物资源的调查和分析

Investigation and Analysis of Wild Edible Plant Resources in Gaowangjie National Natural Reserve of Hu’nan Province

通过野外实地调查,对湖南高望界国家级自然保护区的野生食用植物资源进行了统计和分析。结果表明,该保护区野生食用植物共有68科162属273种,包括被子植物60科254属264种,蕨类植物4科4属4种,裸子植物和食用真菌类各2科2属2种,藻类植物1科1属1种。其中的优势科蔷薇科(44种)、菊科(28种)和豆科(17种),优势属为悬钩子属(20种)。这些野生食用植物可归并为野生蔬菜类(148种)、野生果实类(114种)、野生淀粉植物类(7种)和其他类型(13种)。简要介绍了50种野生食用植物,并对该区野生食用植物的保护和利用提出了建议。

The wild edible plant resources in Gaowangjie National Natural Reserve in Hunan province were investigated and analyzed.The results revealed that there were 273 species belong to 162 genera in 68 families in this national nature reserve,including 264 species in 254 genera,60 families of angiosperm,4 species in 4 genera,4 families of fern,2 species in 2 genera,2 families of gymnosperm and edible fungus,respectively,as well as 1 species in 1 genus,1 family of algae.Three families containing Rosaceae with 44 species,compositae with 28 species and leguminosae with 17 species could be confirmed as the dominant wild edible species,and Rubus with 20 species as the dominant genus.These plants were divided into wild vegetable(148 species),wild fruit(114 species),wild starch plant(7 species)and other type(13 species)according to the types of wild edible plant.Fifty species of wild edible plants were briefly introduced,and the measures for protection and utilization of wild edible plants were put forward.
