摘要
通过拉伸、弯曲、硬度等试验及金相分析,对未补焊、一次补焊和二次补焊的6060铝合金MIG焊接接头处的性能进行系统的研究。试验结果表明,两种经过补焊的接头拉伸性能与未经过补焊的接头拉伸性能相比差值不大且均符合参考标准要求;断裂位置均为热影响区,弯曲性能均非常良好;随着补焊次数的增加,焊接接头的软化区域不断扩大。
In this paper,the properties of MIG welded joints of 6060 aluminum alloy without repair welding,primary repair welding and secondary repair welding are studied systematically through tensile test,bending test,hardness test and metallographic analysis.The test results show that the difference between the tensile properties of the two welded joints and those of the unwelded joints is not big and meet the reference standard.And the fracture locations are all in the heat-affected zone and the bending performance is very good.With the increase of the number of repair welding,the softening area of welded joint is expanded.
