摘要
某小区多栋高层住宅楼竣工交付使用后,无机保温砂浆外墙外保温系统逐渐出现空鼓、开裂和脱落现象。为查明损坏原因,通过无人机、红外热像仪、高精度摄像仪、钻芯机、拉拔仪等仪器进行检测,并结合目视检测法,对外墙饰面损坏、饰面空鼓、外保温系统黏结强度、外保温系统构造等进行分析,基于系统、材料、施工和使用等分析外墙外保温系统损坏原因,并结合损伤情况给出治理建议。
After the completion and delivery of several high-rise residential buildings in a residential area,external wall thermal insulation system of inorganic thermal insulation mortar appears the phenomenon of bulge,crack and falling off.To find out the cause of the damage,through UAV,infrared thermal camera,high-precision camera,core drill and drawing instrument,combined with visual inspection,external wall finishes for damage and bulge,bond strength of external thermal insulation system and structure of external wall thermal insulation system are determined.From the system,materials,construction and use of external wall thermal insulation system,the cause of damage is analyzed.Combined with the damage,the paper gives some suggestions for similar problems.
