摘要
为解决下营隧道超、欠挖问题,提高光面爆破效果,基于聚能爆破原理,采用PVC切缝管作为约束条件及传能介质。通过现场试验分析切缝管聚能光面爆破技术原理,开展光面爆破优化效果研究。研究结果表明,相同岩性条件下,采用切缝管聚能光面爆破技术可将周边眼间距增加约70cm,炮孔半眼痕率提高5%左右,超挖控制为<50mm,欠挖现象基本得到控制,具有良好的经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of over and under excavation in Xiaying tunnel and improve the effect of smooth blasting,based on the principle of concentrated energy blasting,PVC slotted pipe is used as the constraint condition and energy transmission medium.Through the field test,the principle of concentrated energy smooth blasting technology of slotted pipe is analyzed,and the optimization effect of smooth blasting is studied.The results show that under the same lithology,the distance between the surrounding holes can be increased by about 70cm,the half hole mark rate of the blasthole can be increased by 5%,the over excavation can be controlled within 50mm,and the under excavation phenomenon can be basically controlled,which has better economic benefits.
