推拿手法加颈椎牵引治疗治疗神经根型颈椎病患者疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析经穴疏导痛点揉拨推拿手法+颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy, CSR患者的疗效。方法:选取我院门诊典型CSR患者82例,简单随机化分组,牵引组41例实施颈椎牵引治疗,联合组41例实施经穴疏导痛点揉拨推拿手法联合颈椎牵引治疗。对比两组治疗效果、复发率、治疗前后中医证候积分、颈椎疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analog Scale, VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(Neck Disabilitv Index, NDI)及炎性因子水平。结果:总有效率联合组高于牵引组(P <0.05);治疗14 d后中医证候积分、VAS、NDI评分联合组较牵引组低(P <0.05);治疗14 d后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)、白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-1β水平联合组较牵引组低(P <0.05);随访6个月复发率联合组较牵引组低(P <0.05)。结论:经穴疏导痛点揉拨推拿手法联合颈椎牵引治疗CSR,能提高治疗效果,减轻颈椎疼痛,改善症状,降低炎症反应,提高颈椎功能,减少复发。 Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of meridian point grooming pain point massage plus cervical traction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:82 cases were divided into two groups,41 cases in each.The traction group was treated by cervical traction,and the combined group was treated by meridian point grooming pain point massage plus cervical traction.Results:The total efficiency in the combined group was higher than that in the traction group(P﹤0.05).After 14 days,the TCM syndrome scores,VAS,and NDI scores in the combined group were lower than those in the traction group(P﹤0.05),and serum TNF-α,IL-1βlevel were lower than the traction group(P﹤0.05).The 6-month follow-up rate in the combination group was lower than that in the traction group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Meridian point grooming pain point massage plus cervical traction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy shows good effects,can reduce cervical pain,improve symptoms,reduce inflammation,improve cervical function and reduce recurrence.
