养血固肾汤对绝经后骨质疏松症患者碱性磷酶酸酶、钙、磷、骨密度和脆性骨折发生率的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨养血固肾汤对绝经后骨质疏松症(Postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)患者影响。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予注射唑来膦酸注射液和维D钙咀嚼片口服,治疗组在其基础上给予养血固肾汤口服,连续治疗3个月后检测两组患者血清中碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline Phosphatase,ALP)、钙(Calcium, Ca)、磷(Phosphorus, P)、骨密度(Bone Mineral Density, BMD)[腰椎(L1-4)、股骨近端部位]和脆性骨折发生率。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清ALP、Ca和P水平无明显差异(P> 0.05),治疗后,两组患者血清ALP、Ca和P水平均有不同程度改善(P <0.05),且治疗组改善更明显(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者L1-4、股骨颈、大转子、粗隆间、Ward’s三间区的骨密度无明显差异(P> 0.05),治疗后各部位骨密度均明显增加(P <0.05),且治疗组增加更明显(P <0.05);治疗组脆性骨折发生率显著低于对照组脆性骨折发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养血固肾汤能调节绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨代谢,改善钙磷水平,增加骨密度,降低脆性骨折发生率。 Objective:To investigate the effects of the Yangxue Gushen decoction(养血固肾汤)on postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.Methods:60 patients that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with azole phosphonic acid injection and Vitamin D calcium chewable tablets.The treatment group was given the Yangxue Gushen decoction more.Results:After treatment,serum ALP,Ca and P levels in the two groups were improved(P﹤0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(P﹤0.05).The BMD of all parts were more increased(P﹤0.05),and the BMD were increased more significantly in the treatment group(P﹤0.05).The incidence of fragility fracture in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Yangxue Gushen decoction can regulate bone metabolism,improve calcium and phosphorus level,increase bone mineral density and reduce the incidence of fragility fracture in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.
