肝胃百合汤联合西药治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡肝郁气滞证的效果及对幽门螺杆菌根除率的影响分析

Efficacy of the Ganwei Baihe decoction plus Western medicine on helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer with the Ganyu Qizhi syndrome and Hp eradication rate

目的:分析肝胃百合汤+西药治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,Hp)阳性消化性溃疡肝郁气滞证效果。方法:抽选我院2018年1月-2019年1月接收的76例Hp阳性消化性溃疡肝郁气滞证患者,据随机数字法分为两组,各38例,对照组行西药四联治疗,研究组在此基础上联合肝胃百合汤治疗,对比两组临床疗效及Hp清除率。结果:研究组治疗后中医证候积分明显低于对照组,有效率相比对照组明显更高(P <0.05);研究组治疗后各炎症因子水平均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组Hp清除率明显高于对照组,且疾病复发率相比对照组更低(P <0.05)。结论:对Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者行肝胃百合汤联合西药治疗可有效提高临床干预效果,降低Hp根除率,防止病症复发,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the Ganwei Baihe decoction(肝胃百合汤)and Western medicine on Hp-positive peptic ulcer with the Ganyu Qizhi syndrome(肝郁气滞证).Methods:A total of 76 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer with the Ganyu Qizhi syndromes received in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected.They were divided into two groups by random number method,38 cases in each.The control group received quadruple therapy.The research group was treated with the Ganwei Baihe decoction more.Results:The TCM symptom score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).The levels of various inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).The Hp clearance rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the disease recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: TheGanwei Baihe decoction plus western medicine can effectively improve the clinical intervention effect, reduce the eradication rate of Hp,prevent the recurrence of the disease, and is worth promoting.
