清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎的临床疗效观察及应用价值分析

Clinical efficacy and value of the Qingwei Huoxue decoction plus famotidine on acute gastritis

目的:分析清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎的临床疗效观察及应用价值。方法:选取82例在我院进行治疗的急性胃炎患者进行研究,选取时间为2017年11月-2019年4月,对所有的急性胃炎患者进行分组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各41例患者,对照组接受法莫替丁治疗,观察组接受清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后胃动素和胃泌素水平、不良反应发生率、中医症状积分。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。两组治疗后的胃动素和胃泌素水平对比,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。观察组患者在治疗期间的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。观察组患者中医症状积分明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论:急性胃炎患者接受清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗,可以显著改善患者的胃部功能,提高疾病的治疗效果,值得被推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and value of the Qingwei Huoxue decoction(清胃活血汤)with famotidine on acute gastritis.Methods:82 patients with acute gastritis were divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was treated with famotidine,and the observation group was treated with the Qingwei Huoxue decoction with famotidine.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P﹤0.05.There was a statistically significant difference in the levels of motilin and motilin between two groups after treatment,P﹤0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P﹤0.05.The score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:The Qingwei Huoxue decoction with famotidine can significantly improve the gastric function,and is worthy of promotion and application.
