基于TGI指数的晋江市不同年龄组育龄妇女保健服务需求调查研究

Survey on Health Care Needs of Women of Childbearing Age in Different Age Groups in Jinjiang City Based on TGI Index

目的为满足晋江市育龄妇女保健需求,调查不同年龄段育龄期妇女在孕产期间相关知识知晓、获取医院或保健机构服务需求特征、产后服务需求特征等方面的差异,探讨育龄女性偏好影响因素。方法于2018年1月-2019年3月向晋江市育龄妇女发放问卷4 112份,比较不同年龄组育龄女性对相关知识知晓、获取服务需求特征和产后服务需求特征等情况,运用TGI指数计算不同年龄育龄妇女对服务的需求特征。结果在接受调查的4 000名15~49岁育龄妇女中,不同年龄组育龄妇女的保健需求有差别(χ^2=21.365,P<0.01),尤其在产后服务需求上差异更大。结论晋江市妇女健康工作取得卓越成效,但育龄妇女对保健知识的了解程度总体不高,应针对不同年龄阶段育龄女性的需求特征创新健康教育的方式。

OBJECTIVE In order to meet the health care needs of women of childbearing age in Jinjiang City,the differences in knowl⁃edge about maternity during pregnancy and maternity,the characteristics of service demand in hospitals or health care institutions,and the characteristics of postpartum service needs were investigated to explore the factors affecting the preference of women of child⁃bearingage.METHODS From January 2018 to March 2019,4112 questionnaires were distributed to women of childbearing age in Jin⁃jiang City.The knowledge of related knowledge,the characteristics of service demand,and the characteristics of post-natal service de⁃mand were compared among women of different age groups.The TGI index was used to calculate the characteristics of demand for ser⁃vices for women of childbearing age.RESULTS Among the 4000 women aged 15 to 49 years old who were surveyed,the health care needs of women of childbearing age in different age groups were different(χ^2=21.365,P<0.01),especially in the post-natal service de⁃mand.CONCLUSION Women’s health work in Jinjiang had achieved remarkable results,but the level of understanding of health knowledge among women of childbearing age was generally not high.The way of innovating health education should be targeted at the needs of women of childbearing age at different ages.
