耳穴压豆配合情志护理治疗周围性面瘫患者焦虑心理的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Anxiety of Patients with Peripheral Facial Paralysis Treated by Ear Acupoint Pressing Bean Combined with Emotional Nursing

目的:观察耳穴压豆配合情志护理对周围性面瘫患者焦虑心理的影响。方法:将60例周围性面瘫患者由随机数据生成器软件随机分成观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组采用情志护理方法,观察组在情志护理的基础上配合耳穴压豆疗法,耳穴选择:神门、心、肝、肾、胃、皮质下、交感、颞。按压3min/穴/次,早、中、晚各2次。双侧耳廓交替进行,2 d更换1次,6 d为1疗程,每个疗程休息1 d,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗后的焦虑自评量表(SAS评分)差异变化情况。结果:观察组与对照组在治疗后的SAS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的SAS评分相较对照组下降更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆配合情志护理能有效缓解周围性面瘫患者的焦虑心理,值得在日常的护理工作中广泛地运用。

Objective:To observe the effect of ear point pressure bean combined with emotional nursing on anxiety of patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into 30 cases in observation group and 30 cases in control group by random data generator software.The control group adopted emotional nursing method,and the observation group combined with ear point pressure bean therapy on the basis of emotional nursing.Ear point selection:Shenmen,heart,liver,kidney,stomach,subcortical,sympathetic,temporal.Press 3 min/point/time,twice in the morning,twice in the middle and twice in the evening.Bilateral auricles changed once in 2 days,6 days as a course of treatment,each course of treatment was rested for 1 day,and 2 courses of treatment were continued.The difference of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS score)after treatment between the two groups was observed.Results:The SAS score of the observation group and the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the SAS score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear point pressure bean combined with emotional nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients with peripheral facial paralysis,which is worthy of extensive application in daily nursing work.
