综合优质护理干预对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive and High Quality NursingIntervention on Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:探索综合优质护理干预对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疗效分析。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年11月广西中医药大学第一附属医院壮医针灸科收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者120名,随机均分为观察组与对照组各60名,观察组采用综合优质护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组护理干预后的临床疗效、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分及焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分。结果:(1)护理后,两组的VAS评分均较前降低,且观察组显著优于对照组,两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)护理后观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)护理后两组的SAS、SDS评分均较护理前有所下降,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者予以综合优质护理干预,有利于降低患者疼痛指数,增加临床疗效,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective:to explore the effect of comprehensive high quality nursing intervention on patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:From August 2017 to November 2019,120 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 in each group.The observation group received comprehensive and high-quality nursing intervention,while the control group received regular nursing,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after nursing intervention,visual analog scale(VAS)pain scores and anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)score.Results:(1)The clinical efficacy of the observation group after nursing was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After nursing,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing decreased compared with those before nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive and high quality nursing intervention for the patients with neuralgia after herpes zoster is beneficial to reduce the pain index of patients,increase the clinical effect,and reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.relieve.
