This research aim to find the reasons of the high used-cost of raw materials of niclosamide ethanolamine products in S company by using primary and secondary factors method,interview,fishbone diagram and factorial matrix diagram analysis in order to provide a clear direction for the next cost control of the niclosamide ethanolamine products.At the same time,it also provides ideas and references for the use-cost analysis of raw materials in other production workshops of S company or other pesticide chemical industry.
