某成品油管道岩石挤压段顶部应力响应

摘要 利用X射线应力测试原理,对某成品油管道岩石挤压段顶部位置的轴向应力和环向应力进行测试,并计算对应的Mises等效应力。将移除岩石前后挤压管段的各种应力进行对比,结果表明:岩石挤压管段顶部的轴向应力为拉应力,环向应力为压应力,相同位置的轴向应力值大于环向应力值;轴向应力和Mises等效应力在管道轴向呈“W”状分布,环向应力在管道轴向呈“V”状分布;移除岩石后,轴向应力、环向应力以及Mises等效应力均有不同程度减小,其中轴向应力和Mises等效应力减小值曲线呈“倒V”状,环向应力减小值曲线则呈“V”状。 Based on the principle of X-ray stress measurement,the axial stress and the circumferential stress at the top of rock extrusion section of a product pipeline are measured,and the Mises equivalent stress is calculated.Comparing the various stresses of extruded pipe section before and after removing the rock,the results show that the axial stress at 0 o'clock of the rock extrusion section is tensile stress,the circumferential stress at the top of the rock extrusion section is compressive stress,and the axial stress value at the same position is larger than the circumferential stress value;the axial stress and the Mises equivalent stress are distributed in the"W"shape in the pipeline axis,and the circumferential stress is distributed in the"V"shape in the pipeline axis;after removing the rock,the axial stress,the circumferential stress and the Mises equivalent stress all decrease in varying degrees,the reduction curve of the axial stress and the Mises equivalent stress show an"inverted V"shape,while the reduction curve of the circumferential stress shows a"V"shape.
