摘要
以1420铝锂合金为面板,分别制备无夹层的AA1组接头、0.1 mm厚涤纶塑料薄膜(PET)夹层的AA2组接头和1.0 mm厚聚碳酸酯实心板(PC)夹层的AA3组接头,对三组试件进行重复拉伸试验研究接头的成形质量、失效模式、静失效载荷和能量吸收值。结果表明,非金属夹层会阻碍钉脚的张开,且随着夹层厚度的增加,阻碍钉脚张开的能力变大;钉脚张开大的接头上板发生大的屈服,铆钉与上板连接处和下板铆扣部位发生撕裂,钉脚张开度小的接头易使下板产生裂纹;非金属夹层会提高接头力学性能的稳定性,降低接头的静载荷值,减弱接头的抗冲击能力和机器运动的平稳性。
The 1420 aluminum-lithium alloy was used as the panel to prepare AA1 joints without interlayer,AA2 joints of 0.1 mm thick polyester plastic film(PET)interlayer and AA3 joints of 1.0 mm thick polycarbonate solid board(PC)interlayer.Repeated tensile tests were carried out on the three sets of test pieces to study the forming quality,failure mode,static failure load,and energy absorption value of the joint.The results show that the interlayer will hinder the opening of the nail,and as the thickness of the interlayer increases,the ability to hinder the opening of the nail becomes larger;The upper plate of the joint with large nails has a large yield,the rivet is torn at the joint between the upper plate and the lower plate,and the joint with a small opening of the nail easily causes cracks in the lower plate;the non-metallic interlayer will improve the stability of the mechanical properties of the joint,reduce the static load value of the joint,and weaken the impact resistance of the joint and smoothness of the movement in the machine.
