摘要
某磁铁矿山选铁尾矿中硫化矿物以含钼、锌矿物为主,钼、锌品位较低,分别约0.026%、0.094%。为充分回收钼、锌资源,进行了全硫浮选和优先浮选试验。结果表明,优先浮选方案指标更为理想。通过一粗两精两扫得钼粗精矿、钼粗精矿再磨至-0.037 mm占80%后,进行4次精选得钼精矿,选钼尾矿经过一粗三精二扫得锌精矿,获得钼精矿含钼46.89%、回收率68.96%,锌精矿含锌45.30%、回收率66.64%的指标,较好地实现了对矿石中钼、锌的回收。
The sulfide minerals in an iron ore dressing tailings of a magnetite mine are mainly molybdenum and zinc minerals with low grade of molybdenum and zinc,which are about 0.026%and 0.094%respectively.In order to fully recover the molybdenum and zinc resources,experimental investigation of bulk flotation and selective flotation were carried out.The experimental results show that the metallurgical performance of the selective flotation is more favorable.Mo rougher concentrate was obtained after one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging operations.Then the rougher concentrate was upgraded by four cleaning operations after regrinding to 80%passing 0.037 mm to obtain the Mo concentrate.Zn concentrate was generated from Mo tailings by a flowsheet of one rougher,two scavenging and three cleaning operations.The Mo assayed 46.89%Mo at Mo recovery 68.96%and the Zn concentrate assayed 45.30%Zn at Zn recovery of 66.64%.The recovery of molybdenum and zinc from the tailings was achieved.
