摘要
高职企业学院具有独特的双主体育人优势,能有效推进院校人才培养与企业生产科研无缝对接,保障院校教育资源与企业生产资源整合共用。但部分企业学院在当前建设中,面临着激励机制不健全、利益共赢难达成、缺少现代管理方式、人才流失严重等现实困境。未来企业学院建设可通过改革人才培养机制和强化孵化机制等措施破解难题,实现企业学院科学合理可持续发展。
Enterprise college has unique advantages of double-subject education which can effectively promote the seamless connection between the talent training of colleges and the scientific research of enterprises,guarantee the sharing of educational resources and enterprise production resources.However,in the current construction of enterprise college,it is also faced with some practical difficulties,such as imperfect incentive mechanism,difficulty in achieving win-win benefits,lack of modern management methods,and serious loss of talents.In the future,the construction of enterprise college will solve the problems by reforming the personnel training mechanism and strengthening the incubation mechanism to realize the scientific and reasonable sustainable development of enterprise college.
