摘要
随着教学现代化的不断推进,线上教学也在不断发展。文章以烹饪营养与卫生学课程为例,从平台选取、教学设计与过程把控入手,探索疫情期间循环式线上教学金课建设之路。同时也针对线上金课建设存在的问题进行分析,找出改进的举措,以期打造出适合当代高职学生特点和院校培养需要的循环式"金课",让更多的学生学有所用、学以致用。
With the continuous promotion of teaching modernization,online teaching is also developing.Taking the course Cooking Nutrition and Hygiene as an example,this paper explores the way of the construction of high-quality courses on the circular online teaching during the epidemic,beginning with the selection of the platform,teaching design and process control.At the same time,it also analyzes the problems existing in the construction and finds out the improving measures,so as to create a circular high-quality course suitable for the characteristics and training needs of students in contemporary higher vocational colleges so that more students can use and apply what they learn.
