乌鲁木齐石化公司化肥厂脱硫装置在线烟气监测系统(CEMS)在使用过程中,出现多次问题,主要是在系统进行自动反吹后,测量结果中SO2的值有一个突然升高的过程,造成数据超标。针对这一问题,主要是从延长系统自动反吹后的样气置换时间,缩短取样管线入手,通过这一方式处理,提高烟气监测系统(CEMS)数据正常运行。

In the process of using CEMS of desulfuration device in fertilizer plant of Urumqi Petrochemical Company, there are many problems, mainly after the system carries out automatic back blowing, the sulfur dioxide value in the measurement result has a sudden rise process, which causes the data to exceed the standard. In order to solve this problem, we mainly start with prolonging the sample gas replacement time after automatic back blowing of the system and shortening the sampling pipeline. By this way, we can improve the normal operation of CEMS data.
