摘要 本文介绍了一种往复式压缩机节能控制的新方案,即国产HRCS气量无级调节技术。描述了国产HRCS气量无级调节系统的工作原理、系统组成及重要设备说明,重要设备有专用进气控制阀、高压油站、PLC控制系统三大部分。该系统应用在天然气压缩机中的控制方案实施,实施要点有主控变量的选择、投入与切除的方式、时序控制的说明、信号交换、报警及联锁值设定等,并对实际应用中的节能计算公式做了必要说明,推导出3个影响节能的因素,还对该方案应用中存在的问题做了描述。该方案既可以用于新建项目,也可以用于旧机组的技术改造;适用于负荷变化较大的压缩机调节,会产生明显的节能效果,有一定的经济性,具有社会现实意义。 This article introduces a new energy-saving control scheme for reciprocating compressors,that is the domestic HRCS gas stepless adjustment technology.The article describes the working principle,system composition and important equipment description of the domestic HRCS gas volume stepless adjustment system.The important equipment includes three parts,special intake control valve,high-pressure oil station and PLC control system.The implementation of the control plan for natural gas compressors requires the system,the main points of implementation include the selection of the main control variable,the way of input and removal,the description of the sequence control,the signal exchange,the alarm and the setting of the interlock value,etc.,and there are the necessary explanations for the energy-saving calculation formulas in practical applications and deriving three factors that affect energy saving.It also describes the problems in the application of the program.This scheme can be used for both new construction projects and technical transformation of old units.This scheme is suitable for the adjustment of compressors with large load changes,it will produce obvious energy-saving effects,can be cost-effective and has social practical significance.
