摘要
本文通过对氢气纯度仪变更的必要性进行分析,详细阐述了氢气纯度分析仪的升级改造内容,对改造调试问题进行分析,提供优化方案,深入分析了氢气纯度分析仪与化学人工取样结果不一致的原因,并对原因进行验证,最终通过标定解决了不一致问题,提高了氢气监测系统的稳定性和准确性。
This paper analyzes the necessity of the change of the hydrogen purity analyzer,expounds the content of the upgrading of the hydrogen purity analyzer,analyzes the problems of the revamping and debugging,provides the optimization scheme,deeply analyzes the reasons for the inconsistency between the results of the hydrogen purity analyzer and the results of the chemical manual sampling,and verifies the reasons.Finally,the inconsistency is solved through the calibration,and the hydrogen is improved Stability and accuracy of gas monitoring system.
