秦二厂1/2号装卸料机操作台与模拟机对接的可行性研究

摘要 秦山第二核电厂4台机组装卸料机全部采用美国PaR公司装卸料机控制系统。由于1/2#机组改造时未配置模拟机,导致1/2#机组装卸料机操作台只能在大修期间才可进行功能检查,而无法在大修前利用模拟机进行功能验证。为使1/2#机组操作台能够连接至3/4#机组模拟机,本文从1/2#机组与3/4#机组装卸料机电气设计文件和PLC程序入手,分析二者在硬件和软件上的差异,同时对差异部分进行可行性分析与针对性修改,从理论上完成了1/2#机组操作台与3/4#模拟机的对接。 The four PMC systems of Qinshan Nuclear Power PlantⅡare all manufactured and built by PaR company.Since the unit 1/2#PMC systems were upgraded,they were not considered to connect to the unit 3/4#simulator console.Therefore,the 1/2#PMC control consoles can only be tested during outage time,and can not be performed by using the simulator console before outage.In order to enable the unit 1/2#consoles to be connected to the simulator,this paper starts with the electrical design files and PLC programs of the unit 1/2#and 3/4#PMC systems,and analyzes the differences between the two in hardware and software.The feasibility analysis and targeted modification of the difference part,completed the connection between the console of the unit 1/2#and the simulator in theory.
