《论语》中的廉政思想及其当代启示

Integrity Ideology Contained in the Analects and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

优秀传统文化是新时期廉政建设的重要思想来源。儒家经典《论语》蕴含着较为丰富的廉政思想,这主要表现在为政以德、克己复礼、仁义为先、乐天知命等方面。不过我们也要对此辩证分析:“仁者爱人”不能等同于“以民为本”,“礼治”不能等同于“法治”,“圣人之治”的理想只是乌托邦,“天命”信仰仍旧包含迷信成分。在客观分析《论语》中廉政思想的时代局限性之后,在扬弃礼制、仁义、君子人格、天命信仰等思想的基础上,我们认为《论语》廉政思想的当代启示表现为:法治是廉政建设的根基,人民至上是官德的核心,集体主义应成为所有人的基本处世原则,共产主义是值得所有人拥有的共同信仰。

Superior traditional culture provides ideological resources for integrity construction in this new era.The Analects,the Confucius classic,is rich in its integrity ideals,mainly manifested in morality in administration,self-containment for the recovery of courtesy,benevolence and righteousness to be prioritized,optimism and being faithful to fate,etc.Still,a dialectic analysis should not be omitted.“Benevolence to be given to others”does not equal“relying on the public”;“the rule of courtesy”cannot replace“the rule of law”;“rule by the Sage”is just utopia;what is hidden behind“fate”may be superstition.The contemporary limitations of integrity ideologies in the Analects having been objectively analyze,such ideologies as the courtesy mechanism,benevolence,gentle characteristics,belief in fate having been discarded,Enlightenment from the Analects can be found as follows:Rule of law provides the foundation for integrity construction;the people being superior lies at the center of official morality;collectivism is the basic principle for all to get on with others;communism is a shared pursuit.
