摘要
针对在原有大学科研评估系统的运用中,常因指标选取不当或范围较小造成评估准确度较差的问题,设计基于灰色关联分析指标的大学科研评估系统。对信息处理器进行设计,其他部分沿用原有系统硬件;确定评估指标,结合灰色关联分析方法得出指标的权重与排序结果。应用此结果计算关联程度,并通过编程语言控制评估过程,实现大学科研评估工作。构建测试环境,完成系统性能测试。通过与原有系统对比指标范围可知,此系统与样本指标一致,而原有系统出现指标缺失现象,由此可知,此系统相较于原有系统评估范围更广,评估结果准确度更高。
In the application of the original university scientific research evaluation system,the evaluation accuracy is frequently poor due to improper index selection or small index range.In view of this,a university scientific research evaluation system based on grey correlation analysis index is designed.Only the information processor is redesigned,while the other parts follow the original system hardware;the evaluation indexes are determined,and the weight and ranking results of the indexes are obtained with the grey correlation analysis method.The result obtained is used to calculate the correlation degree,and the evaluation process is controlled by programming language to realize the university scientific research evaluation.The test environment is constructed to complete the performance test of the system.By comparing the index range with the original system,it can be seen that the indexes of the proposed system is consistent with those of the sample,while missing index occurs to the original system.It can be seen that,in comparison with the original system,the proposed one has a wider evaluation range and higher evaluation accuracy.
