吉林省新型城镇化进程中公共体育服务发展现状及对策研究

Development Status and Countermeasures of Public Sports Service in the Process of New Urbanization in Jilin Province

在吉林省新型城镇化进程中,公共体育服务方面存在着许多问题,例如经济发展水平不高、政府供给乏力、城乡发展不平衡、缺乏专业的社会体育指导员、基础设施质量不高、居民表达体育需求渠道单一、居民参与体育活动意愿不强烈、缺少地域传统文化结合等。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合近三年相关统计数据,对存在的问题进行分析,提出相应对策,主要包括:加快经济发展、优化政府职能、城乡均等化发展、培育高质量社会体育指导员、完善体育设施、拓宽居民表达体育需求的渠道、加大体育健康宣传力度、融合地域传统文化等,为吉林省体育行政部门制定公共体育服务政策、健全公共体育服务设施、构建合理的公共体育服务体系提供了参考和借鉴,以推动吉林省新型城镇化进程和公共体育服务可持续发展。

In the new urbanization of Jilin Province,there are many problems of public sports services,such as economic development level is not high,weakness of the government supply,unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,lack of professional social sports instructor,infrastructure quality is not high,residents expressed sports demand a single channel,residents’will is not strong,the lack of regional traditional culture combination,etc.Using documentary,logical analysis and other research methods,combining with relevant statistics of the last 3 years,this paper analyzes existing problems,and puts forward relevant countermeasures,which mainly including:speed up the economic development,optimize government functions,balance urban and rural development,cultivate high quality social sports instructors,improve the sports facilities,widen the channel of the residents express sports demand,increase sports health propaganda,and integrate regional traditional culture.It offers references for Jilin administrative department to better establish public sports service policies,to perfect public sports service facilities,and to build a reasonable public sports service system,so that the new urbanization process and the sustainable development of public sports services in Jilin Province could be improved.
