摘要
本文采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,以短式网球训练对7-8岁儿童身体素质的影响为研究对象,通过本文研究让人们认识身体素质对儿童生长发育的影响,了解短式网球训练对儿童生长发育、身心健康发展的积极作用,从而重视儿童身体素质的发展。研究发现:经过十周短式网球训练,从测试结果可以看出,短式网球训练可以有效的帮助儿童减轻体重,增强儿童机体的心血管机能,提高儿童心血的耐受能力与快速恢复的能力,增强儿童的摄氧能力与排除废气的能力,增强儿童的力量素质、爆发力以及全身协调发力的能力,提高儿童的灵敏素质、反应能力以及位移速度。
By using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the influence of short tennis training on the physical quality of 7 to 8-year-old children as the research object.Through this research,we can make people understand the importance of physical quality in the process of children's growth and development,understand the positive effect of short tennis training on children's growth and development and physical and mental health development,so as to attach importance to children's physical quality.It is found that after ten weeks of short-term tennis training,it can be seen from the test results that short-term tennis training can effectively help children lose weight,enhance the cardiovascular function of children's body,improve the tolerance and rapid recovery ability of children's heart blood,enhance children's ability to take oxygen and exhaust gas,and enhance children's strength quality,explosive power and overall coordination ability of exertion,as well as improve children's sensitive quality,reaction ability and displacement speed.
