随着社会的不断发展,人们的生活中已经越来越离不开电,因此,对电力的需求也越来越大,对电网的维护与带电的检修工作也越来越频繁,其内容也越来越复杂,这也带来了更多的安全隐患,对于检修人员的人身安全及设备的安全也带来巨大威胁,因此,电网企业为了规范其操作及设备的安全运行制定了及其严格的规章制度。针对检修人员在配电带电作业应急防范措施进行了阐述,确保电网的安全运行。
