摘要 传统的光学技术不能确保公路洪水灾害数据的及时、有效获取,利用遥感技术能够穿透云雾层而监测和采集大面积地域、水面的数据,对公路及地区防灾、救灾、救援都有极大的应用价值。文章结合理论与实例对此领域进行分析研究。 The use of traditional optical technology can not ensure the timely and effective acquisition of road flood disaster data,the use of remote sensing technology can penetrate the cloud layer and monitor and collect large areas,water surface data,road and region disaster prevention,disaster relief,rescue have great application value.This paper combines theory and examples to analyze and study this field.
