摘要
目的建立胎儿子宫前后径、左右径及内膜的正常值范围,为发现子宫发育异常及诊断两性畸形奠定基础。方法研究对象是213例孕周在21~41周之间的孕妇,进行超声测量胎儿子宫前后径、左右径及内膜厚度,分析子宫发育与孕周之间的相关性。结果在213例胎儿子宫检查中获得了充分的测量值,在21~34孕周范围内,用回归方程表示子宫前后径、左右径及内膜与孕周的关系:前后径(mm)=1. 240×孕周(r=0. 887,P <0. 001)-23. 969,左右径(mm)=1. 579×孕周(r=0. 915,P <0. 001)-30. 968,内膜厚(mm)=0. 802×孕周(r=0. 892,P <0. 001)-16. 585;在区间35~41周,采用t分布法求其总体均数的95%置信区间为:前后径(15. 992,17. 092) mm、左右径(20. 478,21. 627)mm、内膜(8. 805,9. 910) mm。子宫前后径、左右径、内膜厚度三者两两之间均呈线性关系。结论子宫前后径、左右径及内膜厚度在34周前随着孕周的增加而增加,34周后达到缓慢增长期至平台期,不再随孕周的增加而明显增加。
Objective To establish normal range of fetal anterior-posterior diameter,left-right diameter,and endometrium to lay the foundation for finding abnormal uterine development and diagnosing bisexual malformations.Methods The study subjects were 213 pregnant women with a gestational age of 21~41 weeks.Ultrasound was used to measure the anterior-posterior diameter,left-right diameter,and endometrium of the fetus.And analyzed the correlation between uterine development and gestational age.Results Sufficient measurements were obtained in 213 cases of fetal uterus examination.In the range of 21~34 gestational weeks,the relationship between fetal anterior-posterior diameter,left-right diameter,endometrium and gestational week was expressed by regression equation:anterior-posterior diameter(mm)=1.240×gestational weeks(r=0.887,P<0.0001)-23.969,left-right diameter(mm)=1.579×gestational weeks(r=0.915,P<0.001)-30.968,endometrium(mm)=0.802×gestational weeks(r=0.892,P<0.001)-16.585.Between the range of 35~41 gestational weeks,the 95%confidence interval of the population mean was calculated by using t distribution method:anterior-posterior diameter(15.992,17.092)mm、left-right diameter(20.478,21.627)mm、endometrium(8.805,9.910)mm.There was a linear relationship between fetal anterior-posterior diameter,left-right diameter and endometrium.Conclusions The anterior-posterior diameter,left-right diameter and endometrium of the uterus increased with the increase of gestational age before 34 weeks,reached the slow growth stage to the plateau stage after 34 weeks,and no longer increased significantly with the increase of gestational age.
