长叶车前草浸提液对4种牧草种子萌发的影响

摘要 为长叶车前草作为新型中草药饲草在发展生态畜牧业生产中应用提供依据,采用培养皿纸上发芽方法研究长叶车前草不同浓度(0.1%、0.5%、1%和5%)浸提液对菊苣、紫花苜蓿、多年生黑麦草及白三叶种子萌发的影响。结果表明:长叶车前草0.1%~1%浸提液处理菊苣、紫花苜蓿和多年生黑麦草种子的发芽率和发芽势均无明显变化,但萌芽起始时间推后;0.1%浸提液可促进白三叶种子发芽;5%浸提液对4种牧草种子萌发均有显著的抑制作用。总体上,长叶车前草高浓度浸提液对菊苣、多年生黑麦草和紫花苜蓿种子萌发呈抑制作用,浸提液对白三叶存在低促高抑化感效应。以4种牧草为建群种时可适量混播长叶车前草。 The effects of Plantago lanceolata extract with four concentrations(0.1%,0.5%,1%and5%)on seed germination of Cichorium lntybus,Medicago sativa,Lolium perenne and Trifolium repens are studied by petri dish paper germination method to provide a reference for application P.lanceolataas new Chinese herb forage in development of ecological animal husbandry.Result:The germination rate and germination potential of C.lntybus,M.sativaand L.perenne seeds treated with 0.1%-1%P.lanceolata extract don not change obviously,but the germination initial time delays.0.1%P.lanceolataextract can promote seed germination of T.repens and 5%P.lanceolataextract inhibits seed germination of four forages.In general,P.lanceolata extract with high concentration inhibits seed germination of C.lntybus,L.perenne and M.sativa.P.lanceolata extract has the allelopathic effect of low-concentration promotion and highconcentration inhibition on T.repens.When the four tested forages are used as constructive species,P.lanceolatacan be mixed appropriately.
