贵州省12个重点特色农业产业的专利创造现状分析

Present Situation Analysis of Patent Creation in 12 Key Featured Agricultural Industries in Guizhou Province

贵州明确发展的12个重点特色农业产业〔茶、食用菌、蔬菜、牛羊、特色林业(竹、油茶、花椒、皂角等)、水果、生猪、中药材(石斛)、刺梨、生态渔业、辣椒及生态家禽〕的发展可更大程度地推进贵州省农村产业革命,确保农村贫困人口的产业收入持续稳定。为了给贵州省12个重点特色农业产业发展提供核心知识产权利用技术支撑,通过PatSnap智慧芽专利检索系统检索贵州省12个重点特色农业产业专利信息,分析专利创造现状及存在的问题。结果表明:在贵州省12个重点特色农业产业中,专利申请数量以蔬菜产业最多,其次是茶叶产业,牛羊产业相关专利申请量最小;茶叶加工、食用菌栽培、蔬菜干酪制备、牛羊饲养、特色林业产品、果树栽培、养猪用饲料的制备、中药材医用配制品的制备、刺梨营养制品的制备、渔业养殖技术、调味料制品制备技术、家禽养殖用动物饲料技术等为现阶段贵州重点特色农业产业热点研究方向;现有专利中发明有效专利占比较小,审中专利占比较大,现阶段为贵州省重点特色农业产业创新技术涌现阶段,创新技术来源主要集中在省内高校、科研院所以及产业相关生产型企业(合作社)。

Twelve key featured competitive agricultural industries were confirmed to develop in Guizhou,including tea,edible fungi,vegetables,cattle and sheep,characteristic forestry(bamboo,camellia,Zanthoxylum bungeanum,saponins),fruits,pigs,Chinese medicinal materials(Dendrobium),prickly pear,ecological fishery,pepper,and ecological poultry,the development of which can promote the rural industrial revolution in Guizhou to a greater extent and ensure that the industrial income of the rural poor continues to be stable.In order to provide core intellectual property utilization technology support for the development of the 12 key featured agricultural industries in Guizhou,the related patent information in Guizhou is searched through the PatSnap intelligent bud patent search system,and the status of patent creation and existing problems are analyzed.Results:Among the 12 key featured agricultural industries in Guizhou,the vegetable industry has the largest number of patent applications,followed by the tea industry,and the cattle and sheep industry has the smallest number of patent applications;tea processing,edible fungus cultivation,vegetable cheese preparation,cattle and sheep breeding,featured forest products,fruit tree cultivation,preparation of pig feed,preparation of Chinese medicinal materials medical preparations,preparation of prickly pear nutrition products,fish farming technology,seasoning product preparation technology,animal feed technology for poultry farming are the research directions of the key featured agricultural industries in Guizhou;Effective patents for inventions account for a relatively small proportion of existing patents,while patents for examinations account for a relatively large proportion.The current stage is the emergence of innovative technologies for key featured agricultural industries in Guizhou,mainly concentrated in universities,research institutes,and industry-related production enterprises(cooperatives).
