精准扶贫政策实施满意度的影响因素

Factors Influencing Satisfaction of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policy Implementation

为提高贵州精准扶贫的实施效果,基于对贵州省12个乡镇188户扶贫对象的有序多分类Logistic回归模型分析,结合调研情况,分析影响扶贫对象对扶贫政策实施效果满意度的因素。结果表明:年龄、文化程度、住房面积等7个因素对精准扶贫政策实施5项评价指标呈不同程度的显著影响;健康状况、劳动能力、是否通生活用电等9个因素对5项评价指标无显著影响。建议从提高区域性经济水平、重视培育和激发扶贫对象自主脱贫能力、持续施行农业扶贫政策和加大就业帮扶力度等方面做好后续扶贫工作。

To improve implementation effects of targeted poverty alleviation in Guizhou,the factors influencing satisfaction of antipoverty objects to poverty alleviation policy implementation were analyzed based on ordered multinomial Logistic regression model analysis of 188 poverty alleviation households from12 villages and towns in Guizhou combined with investigation status.Results:Seven factors(age,education level,housing area,etc.)showed different degrees of significant effects on five evaluation indexes of targeted poverty alleviation policy implementation.Nine factors(health status,labor capacity,whether to have household electricity,etc.)had no significant effects on five evaluation indexes of targeted poverty alleviation policy implementation.The follow-up poverty alleviation work was suggested to accomplish from three aspects of increasing regional economic level,breeding and inspiring self-relied poverty alleviation ability of antipoverty object,and implementation of agricultural poverty alleviation policy continuously and improving employment assistance force.
