摘要
以轮式起重机伸缩臂的稳定性为研究对象,基于VB对Ansys进行了二次开发,研制出计算伸缩臂稳定性平台,并运用该平台对实例进行验算,验证了该平台的有效性和实用性。该平台可为大型或超大型伸缩臂的设计提供便捷,提高了伸缩臂稳定性的计算效率,具有一定的工程应用价值。通过实例验算发现如果超起拉索张紧力不变,超起装置对伸缩臂的稳定性提升效果会随着伸缩臂的伸长而减弱,因而在进行吊装作业时超起拉索张紧力需根据工况而进行变动。
Taking the stability of telescopic boom of wheeled crane as the research subject,in this paper,we carried out secondary development of Ansys based on VB,developed a platform for calculating the stability of telescopic boom,and verified the effectiveness and practicability of the platform with examples.The platform can provide convenience for the design of large or super-large telescopic booms,improve the calculation efficiency of telescopic boom stability,and have certain value in engineering application.By checking calculation of examples,we found that if the tension of the guying cable is not changed,the stability improvement effect of the guying device on telescopic booms will be weakened along with the extension of telescopic booms.Therefore,the tension of the guying cable needs to be changed according to the working conditions during the hoisting operation.
