研究分析起重机车轮生产质量状况,总结吸收车轮铸造、锻压传统生产成型技术,研究开发出能够明显提高起重机车轮组织致密度、尺寸精度达到IT12级,节能型成型技术,广泛用于起重机生产过程并取得显著经济效益。

In this paper,we studied and analysed the production quality of crane wheels,summarized the traditional production shaping technology of wheel casting and forging,and developed an energy-saving shaping technology that can significantly improve the compactness and dimensional accuracy of crane wheels to IT12 grade.It has been widely used in crane production process and achieved remarkable economic benefits.
