摘要
新冠肺炎疫情将会成为中餐分餐制发展强有力的推手,民众的饮食卫生安全意识进一步加强,在疫情面前,卫生安全将会顺理成章地成为广大民众就餐时的第一需求。希望通过研究中、高档中餐厅分餐制的推行措施,为餐饮行业朝卫生、安全、健康方向前进做出一份贡献。
The NCP will become a strong push for the development of Chinese food system.In the face of the disease,with the public's awareness of food hygiene and safety further enhanced,health and safety will naturally become the first demand of the majority of people when dinning.The time has come for the unhealthy traditional dinning habit to be abandoned.This paper hopes to contribute to the further development of the catering industry in the direction of hygiene,safety and health by studying the specific measures to be taken for the adoption of separate dining system at a-la carte and deluxe Chinese restaurants.
