摘要
基于消费者需求视角,通过采用问卷调查与分析的方法,研究餐饮企业营养服务策略的重要性。问卷分析结果表明:样本对于五类营养服务策略均表现出比较认可的态度,意味着此五类营养服务策略均有较高的重要性。但在具体细化策略结合样本的性别、年龄、月收入、学历和职业等因素分析,会有一定的倾向性偏差。通过本次问卷调查分析可以为后续餐饮企业推出并调整营养服务策略提供理论依据。
Starting from the perspective of consumer demand,this paper studies the importance of nutrition service strategy of catering enterprises by using the method of questionnaire survey and analysis.The results suggest that the respordents hold a positive attitude towards the five types of nutrition service strategies,which,undoubtedly,confirms the importance of these strategies.However,there are biases in the specific refinement strategies when the analysis involves such factors as gender,age,monthly income,education and occupation.Findings in this questionnaire analysis can provide theoretical basis for catering enterprises to introduce follow-up nutrition service strategies and make necessary adjustments.
