摘要
美食是重要的旅游动机和基本的旅游要素,但不是具备美食要素的旅游活动就是美食旅游。多数旅游地都拥有自己的特色美食,但并不一定能够成为美食旅游目的地。美食旅游目的地是以某种美食或与美食相关的事物来吸引旅游者前往并做较长时间停留的地方,通常拥有较高知名度和影响力的饮食品类、较为深厚的饮食文化或独特习俗、链条完整的地方餐饮产业体系、与旅游地主题或地标景点相关的美食。应强化目的地思维,贯彻“美食+”战略,强化景区美食研发,延长产业链条,组织推广体验线路,探索互动营销。
Tasty food is an important motivation and a basic element of tourism,but it alone is not sufficient to make tourism culinary.Most tourist attractions have their own tasty food,which,however,does not necessarily enable them to be culinary tourism destinations.Culinary tourism destinations are places that attract tourists to stay long for tasty food or other related reasons.In general,they have representative tasty food which is both popular and influential,profound diet cultures and unique customs,complete chain catering industry systems,and tasty food related to themes or landmarks of tourism destinations.Efforts should be made to enhance the awareness of destinations,implement the“food+”strategy,attach greater importance to the research and development of specialty food in the scenic areas.Moreover,it also helps to extend the industrial chain,organize and promote experience routes,and explore interactive marketing.
