摘要 机组在大修后发电机直流耐压试验不合格,发现定子绝缘引水管内壁有金属沉积物。分析了沉积物的形成并制定了改进措施。针对发电机定子绝缘引水管内壁沉积物的特性,开展小型试验,以确定化学清洗配方、清洗条件及具体步骤。通过对定冷水系统进行化学清洗,将系统内的污垢、腐蚀产物去除,以保证绝缘引水管的绝缘效果,确保发电机安全、可靠的运行。 After the overhaul,the unit’s DC withstand voltage test failed,and metal deposits were found on the inner wall of the stator insulated water pipe.Therefore,we analyzed the formation of sediments and made improvement measures.A small test was conducted to determine the chemical cleaning formula for the characteristics of the deposit on the inner wall of the generator stator insulated water conduit.By chemically cleaning the cooling water of generator stator system,the dirt and corrosion products in the system were removed,and the insulation effect of the insulated water conduit was ensured,so that the electrical test was carried out normally to ensure safe and reliable operation of the generator.
