汽车空调压缩机传动系统模态分析

摘要 压缩机传动系统设计是保证压缩机能够稳定运行及压缩机噪音测试达标的关键。此传动系统采用下沉式构造,既能达到压缩机的转速要求,又能达到隔振、降噪要求。通过对压缩机传动系统中的轴-轴承-底座系统进行模态分析,得出各阶模态振型以及临界转速,验证了传动系统结构的可靠性与合理性。在模态分析的基础上,进行模态叠加谐响应分析,得出各关键部位的振幅响应,验证传动系统具有良好的隔振、降噪特性。 The design of compressor drive system is the key to ensure that the compressor can run stably and the noise of the compressor reaches the standard.The drive system adopts sinking structure,which can meet the requirements of the compressor speed,vibration isolation and noise reduction.Through the modal analysis of shaft-bearing-base system in the compressor drive system,the modal modes and critical speed are obtained,and the reliability and rationality of the drive system structure are verified.On the basis of modal analysis,modal superposition harmonic response analysis is carried out to obtain the amplitude response of the key parts and verify that the transmission system has good vibration isolation and noise reduction characteristics.
