基于电池寿命模型的纯电动汽车动力系统参数匹配

摘要 以某款纯电动汽车为例,根据车辆动力性、经济性要求,匹配驱动电机、动力电池、主减速比等性能参数,基于动力电池寿命模型,采用多目标优化得到满足运用需求的动力电池串并联数组合;建立了驾驶员、电机效率、电池以及车辆纵向动力学模型,以百公里电耗最小为目标,在汽车动力性能指标约束下,优化了驱动电机额定功率、额定转速、峰值功率、峰值转速及主减速比。通过匹配研究,使得该纯电动汽车在满足动力电池寿命和成本的要求下,实现要求动力性能指标下的最优经济性指标。 Taking a pure electric vehicle as an example,the driving motor,power battery,main reduction ratio and other performance parameters are matched according to the requirements of vehicle power and economy.Based on the power battery life model,the multi-objective optimization is adopted to obtain the serial and parallel number combination of the power battery to meet the operation requirements.The driver,motor efficiency,battery,and vehicle longitudinal dynamics models are established.The rated power,rated speed,peak power,peak speed,and main reduction ratio of the driving motor are optimized under the constraint of vehicle dynamic performance indexes with the goal of minimum power consumption of 100 km.Through matching research,the pure electric vehicle can meet the requirements of battery life and cost,and achieve the optimal economic index under the requirement of dynamic performance index.
