摘要
考虑到燃料电池系统在不同电流密度下对系统性能影响较大,提出建立燃料电池电堆模型,分析不同变量参数对电堆性能的影响。为了给模型辨识提供合适的试验数据,应用正交试验法选择合理的操控变量,同时选择中国典型城市公交循环工况作为仿真环境。仿真结果表明:电堆模型的仿真参数与实际参数整体误差小于5%,操控变量的提高不利于电堆整体性能的保持。为提高系统整体性能,应使冷却液入堆温度保持在60℃左右,过量空气系数保持在1.5。
Considering that the fuel cell system has great influence on the system performance under different current densities,a fuel cell stack model is proposed to analyze the influence of different variable parameters on the stack performance.In order to provide appropriate experimental data for model identification,the orthogonal test method was used to select reasonable control variables.The simulation results show that the overall error between simulation parameters and actual parameters of the stack model is less than 5%.The improvement of control variables is not conducive to the maintenance of the overall performance of the stack.In order to improve the overall performance of the system,the temperature of coolant in the stack should be maintained at about 60℃,and the excess air coefficient should be maintained at 1.5.
