摘要 为研究环境湿度对爆珠质量的影响,结合爆珠产品质量技术要求,分析了在相对湿度30%~90%范围内,湿度对爆珠外观、压力值、耐破形变、单粒爆珠重4个指标的影响,并对结果的相关性进行了讨论。结果表明:(1)当相对湿度达到80%时爆珠开始软化。(2)单粒爆珠重随着环境湿度的提高呈现接近线性趋势的递增,相对湿度达到60%的时候有一个快速增加的过程。(3)随着相对湿度的增加,耐破形变比增大,2.6~2.9 mm规格爆珠在相对湿度达到80%时耐破形变比不再增加。(4)在30%~80%的相对湿度范围内,随着湿度的增加,爆珠压力值递增,0.5~1.7 kg范围内的合格率下降;相对湿度到达80%~90%的范围内后,爆珠压力值开始下降,压力值在0.5~1.7 kg范围内的合格率上升,此时数据已经不能真实反映压力值在0.5~1.7 kg范围内的合格率。(5)爆珠在后期的使用和存储过程中,应该控制环境湿度在30%~50%相对湿度范围内,此湿度范围内爆珠压力值合格率大于80%;在相对湿度条件为30%~40%范围内,2.6~2.9 mm规格的爆珠压力值合格率为100%,3.5~3.8 mm规格的爆珠压力值合格率大于90%。 In order to study the influence of environmental relative humidity on the quality of cigarette capsules,the effects of relative humidity in the range of 30%-90%on the appearance,pressure value,burst resistance and weight were analyzed based on its technical requirements of quality,and the correlation of the results was also discussed.The results showed that:①The cigarette capsules began to soften when the relative humidity reached 80%.②The quality of single capsule increased linearly with the increase of environmental humidity,and there was a rapid increase when the humidity reached 60%.③The breaking deformation ratio amplified with the increase of humidity,but 2.6-2.9 mm diameter cigarette capsules appeared no longer increased when the humidity reached 80%.④The pressure value increased with the increase of relative humidity in the range of 30%-80%,and the qualified rate decreased in the pressure value of 0.5-1.7 kg,and it began to decrease when the humidity reached 80%-90%,the qualified rate increased in the pressure value of 0.5-1.7 kg,the obtained data could not really reflect the qualified rate at this time.⑤The environmental humidity should be controlled in the range of 30%-50%relative humidity during the use and storage of this cigarette breakable capsules,under this condition,the qualified rate of pressure value was more than 80%.And the qualified rate of pressure value of 2.6-2.9 mm diameter cigarette capsules was 100%in the range of 30%-40%relative humidity,and that of 3.5-3.8 mm capsule was greater than 90%.
