Current Status and Regulatory Recommendations for the Use of Unlisted Cosmetic Preservatives

针对目前已广泛使用的表外防腐剂问题进行分析,提出一些监管建议。对几十篇有关化妆品防腐剂使用的文章进行阅读,并围绕所提出的表外防腐剂进行分析。总结表外防腐剂几个特点,对几个常用表外防腐剂举例说明,比较列表。提出组织专项风险监测、修订防腐剂准用表、制订质量和安全性控制要求等几项监管建议。

To analyze the problems of use of unlisted preservatives that have been widely used in cosmetics and put forward some regulatory recommendations,dozens of articles and patent literatures on the use of cosmetic preservatives were read and the proposed use of unlisted preservatives were analyzed.Several characteristics of unlisted preservatives were summarized.Several common used unlisted preservatives were given.Several supervisory suggestions were put forward,which included organizing special risk monitoring,revising the preservative approval form,and developing quality and safety control requirements.
