摘要
目的 通过梳理京津冀地区文旅协同发展的相关政策、理论研究,以及对已有文旅产品项目的设计成果、实践成果的现象、问题、趋势分析,探寻基于设计视角下的京津冀文旅产品创新研究的理论方向.方法 以时间轴线,纵向梳理围绕京津冀文旅协同发展的政策与标志性事件,以由政策引申出京津冀一体化、协同发展,京津冀文化协同及旅游协同的一系列建设发展路线.在政策及地方政府各类实践项目的双向作用下,由事实数据反向推导设计视阈作用下,京津冀文旅协同获得的创新发展路径与方法.在基于对受众人群的数据调研基础上,明确一些设计视角下京津冀文旅协同具体项目实施中出现的问题.结论 通过文献梳理获知京津冀文旅协同发展是我国北方建设规划至关重要的步骤.目前已有的研究多集中于社会学、旅游学、管理学领域.对文旅产品的创新方法阐述也多集中于政策制定、社会管理学领域的策略研究等.设计学虽已在更具体的文化艺术、文化遗产、民俗民艺、工业遗产等文旅资源及产品中植根深入,并且涉及到文化IP、文博会等多个领域的实践创新,但站在京津冀文旅协同层面的设计理论研究仍相对匮乏.可通过系统探讨与内容梳理,获知基于协同层面与不同时间段划分下的京津冀文旅资源,从而积极探索更大的设计边界与研究领域.
The paper aims to explore theoretical direction for research on innovation of cultural tourism products of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by sorting out relevant policies,theoretical study of the coordinated development of cultural tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and analyzing the phenomena,problems and trends of design and practical achievements for existing projects related to cultural tourism products.The policies and landmark events related to coordinated development of cultural tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were sorted out longitudinally with timeline the basis,then the policies were used to lead out a series of routes for construction and development related to the integration,coordinated development,cultural coordination and tourism coordination of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Moreover,the path and method obtained from innovation of coordinated development of cultural tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were deduced in the reverse direction from the design perspective based on practical data,which was affected by the various practical projects both from policies and local governments.Finally,the problems existing in implementation of specific projects related to coordinated development of cultural tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were clarified from the design perspective on the basis of survey on the audience crowd.It is obtained from sorting out literature that coordinated development of cultural tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a crucial step for construction and planning in northern China.At present,existing researches just focus on the areas such as sociology,tourism and management;and the elaboration for innovation methods of cultural tourism products mostly highlights the strategic study of policy formulation,the area of social management and so on.Design has been rooted deeply in culture and art,cultural heritage,folk art,industrial heritage,other resources and products of cultural tourism,furthermore,and is also related to practical innovation of multiple areas related to cultural IP,cultural fair and other areas,but the research on the design theory in the level of coordinated development of cultural tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is rather scarce.In this regard,resource of cultural tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region divided based on coordination level and division of different time sections can be obtained by systematic discuss and content review to positively explore bigger design boundary and research area.
