基于专利信息的水性涂料全球发展态势分析及对我国的启示

Analysis of Global Development Trend of Waterborne Coatings Based on Patent Information and Its Enlightenment to China

通过Incopat专利分析平台,对水性涂料领域全球专利发展态势及核心申请人的专利布局、专利质量和技术研发领域进行了分析。分析结果显示:日本、美国是水性涂料研发的引领者,我国近年来发展迅猛,虽申请量跃居世界首位,但专利质量不高、技术领域分布窄、专利集中度低、国际专利少;水性涂料核心申请人均重视全球市场的专利布局,美国、中国、日本、韩国是他们依次关注的重要市场。基于上述分析结果,得出了若干对于我国政府和水性涂料企业实施自主创新和国际化战略的重要启示。建议国内申请人要加强专利集中度,在注重专利数量的同时更要注重专利的质量,专利布局不能仅限于国内。

Based on the Incopat patent platform,this paper analyzed the global patent development trend in the field of waterborne coatings and the patent layout,patent quality and technology R&D field of core applicants.The analysis results showed that Japan and the United States were the leaders of the research and development of waterborne coatings.China has developed rapidly in recent years.Although the patent applications ranks first in the world,the quality of the patents was not high,the distribution of technology field was narrow,the patent concentration was low,and the international patents was few.The core applicants of the waterborne coatings attach importance to the patent layout in global market.The United States,China,Japan and Korea were the main concerns in sequence.Based on the above analysis results,some important enlightenments for the implementation of independent innovation and globalization strategy of our government and water-based coatings enterprises were concluded.It was suggested that domestic applicants should strengthen patent concentration,pay more attention to the quality of patents while focusing on the number of patents,and the patent layout should not be limited to domestic application.
