The Generation Logic,Basic Connotation and Era Meaning of Xi Jinping’s Concept on People-centered Educational Development

摘要 以人民为中心教育发展观是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义教育理论体系的主线和精髓。从梁家河时期人民意识的萌发,到冀闽浙沪地方领导的从政实践和教育思考,直至党的十八大以来治国理政观照下的教育实践与理论发展,清晰呈现了习近平以人民为中心教育发展观产生的阶段印记和逻辑进路。习近平教育发展观有清晰的主体结构和基本内涵,由办好“人民满意的教育”、“公平而有质量的教育”、建设教育强国等要素构成,具有鲜明的时代意蕴和教育学价值。 The concept on people-centered educational development is the main line and essence of Xi Jinping’s socialist educational theory system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Xi’s germination of people’s consciousness at Liangjiahe,his political practice and rumination over education when he was a local leader in Hebei,Fujian,Zhejiang and Shanghai,his educational theory and practice while running the country since the 18th National Congress of the CPC have showed the stage marks and the logical path of the generation of Xi Jinping’s concept on people-centered educational development.Xi’s concept on education development has its clear subject structure and basic connotation,which consists of such elements as“education for people’s satisfaction”,“fair and high-quality education”and building the education power,revealing distinct era implication and the pedagogical value.
