新中国社会转型与高校教师研究的话语流变

The Social Transformation of New China and the Discourse Change of Faculty Research

从计划经济体制转向社会主义市场经济体制,是新中国社会转型的主线。新中国高校教师研究的话语流变深嵌于社会转型历程之中,并呈现出不同维度的变化轨迹:高校教师身份从“知识分子”走向“学术职业”,角色从“单位人”走向“社会人”,任用制度从“编制管理”走向“岗位聘任”,流动状况从“稳定”走向“流动”,职后教育从“教师进修”到“教师培训”再走向“教师发展”。新中国高校教师研究话语跟随社会转型而发生明显变化,整体上表现出更趋专业化、个体化和国际化的趋势,这也是新中国高等教育研究话语流变的缩影。

Changing from the socialist planned economy system to the socialist market economy system is the main line of the social transformation of new China.The discourse change of new China’s faculty research is deeply embedded in the course of social transformation,which shows the trajectories of change in different dimensions.The identity of faculty changes from“intellectual”to“academic profession”,whose role moves from“the unit person”to“the social person”,the employment system changes from“establishment management”to“post employment”,which shows the mobility from“constancy”to“flow”,and the post-service education changes from“further education”to“career training”and then to“facutly development”.New China’s faculty research discourse follows the social transformation and shows an obvious trend of progress;and the research discourse is becoming increasingly professional,individualization and international,which is also the miniature of the discourse change in China higher education research.
