摘要
大学自诞生以来,以人才培养作为基本目标从未改变,以高深学问作为服务产品从未改变,以办学经费作为第一资源从未改变,以社会需求作为办学起点从未改变。人才培养决定了大学区别于其他社会行业的学校属性,高深学问体现了大学区别于中小学的层次关系,办学经费是大学竞争到师资、生源、设备等最为基础与通用性的“酵母资源”,社会需求是一所大学在既定社会存在、发展乃至卓越的方向与使命。人才培养、高深学问、办学经费、社会需求四大要素相互关联、缺一不可,决定大学改革与发展的基本骨架,成为探寻高等教育规律的“四维”逻辑起点,其他要素由此派生而来。
Since the university appeared,changes have never taken place in such four aspects as talent cultivation as the basic goal,higher learning as service products,school-running funds as the first resource,and social demand as the starting point of school-running.Talent cultivation determines the nature of the university,higher learning shows the hierarchical relationship apart from basic education,school-running funds is the first resources to access the faculty and students,and social demand is the direction and mission for the university.These four interdependent and indispensable elements determine the basic framework of the university reform and development,which is the logical starting point for laws of higher education;and also derive other elements.
