藏药炼盐散对生育期妇科肿瘤的临床疗效探讨

Study on the Effect of Tibetan Medicine Lianyan Powder on Gynecological Tumors in Childbearing Period

文章探讨了藏药炼盐散治疗法对生育期妇科肿瘤疾病的疗效影响。以藏药炼盐散为治疗药物,将青海红十字医院藏医科2018年收治的34例确诊为妇科肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为自身前后对照组,进行以藏医理气活血、化瘀通络为主的临床观察研究。患者服用炼盐散一月后复查,比较分析其服用药物前后的肿瘤大小变化,临床症状和体征变化。证明:藏药炼盐散对妇科肿瘤的有效率达88%,无效率为22%。治疗后,相关症状均得到不同程度的缓解,藏药炼盐能明显抑制妇科肿瘤的增大,明显改善妇科肿瘤的临床症状和体征,疗效显著,副作用小。

To investigate the effect of Tibetan medicine Lianyan powder on gynecological tumors in childbearing period.34 patients with gynecological tumors admitted to Tibetan Medicine Department of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital in 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:before and after treatment.The changes of tumor size,clinical symptoms and signs before and after taking the medicine were compared and analyzed.The effective rate and inefficiency rate of the medicine for gynecological tumors are 88%and 22%.After treatment,the related symptoms have been alleviated to varying degrees.Tibetan medicine Lianyan powder can significantly inhibit the size of gynecological tumors and improve the clinical symptoms and signs of gynecological tumors.The curative effect is definite and the side effects are small.
